We all have at least one goal that’s been hanging around for years.
Learning a language properly.
Performing on stage.
Commercializing the gadget.
Finishing the book.
You have a solid life and no shortage of ideas. But this one thing keeps getting bumped.
Keystone is a 9-month accountability experiment for SF Bay Area men in midlife who want to make serious progress on one meaningful goal.
Keystone is for men (roughly 40+) in the SF Bay Area who:
No creed, faith, politics, or ideology — just commitment and delivery.
"Pick one concrete thing and see it through."
You define one clear Keystone Goal with tangible milestones and a clear “done.”
Meet face-to-face once a month for 9 months, plus a final community event.
No theory. No homework. Just execution.
"Did you do what you committed to?"
Keystone is for men roughly 40+ who feel ready to stop circling one meaningful personal project and actually move it forward. You might be established in your work or life situation, but keep postponing this one meaningful thing. Keystone offers a small group, honest accountability and useful ideas—while you stay fully responsible for your own project.
Each Keystone cohort runs for about 9 months. Your core commitment is one monthly in-person check-in of around 90 minutes, plus the time you choose to invest in your goal between sessions – and a celebration at the end of 9 months with our cohort’s family and friends. The group offers structure, questions and constructive peer accountability.
Goals that are specific, meaningful, and doable in about 9–12 months, such as: learning a language to a usable level, performing on stage, commercializing a gadget or product, writing a book, or launching a recurring event or program. The cohort helps with accountability, ideas and support; it doesn’t execute the goal for you or fix your whole life. You don't need to have it perfectly mapped out to apply—refining your scope is part of the early process.
No. Keystone is not therapy and not a religious or spiritual group. It’s a small, structured, peer-accountability cohort. You choose your goal, you keep your own values, and the group’s role is to provide structure, questions, and support—you remain fully responsible for delivering your project.
